| I support Ron Paul's Sanctity of Life Act to end federal funding of abortion and remove federal jurisdiction over abortion cases so that the states will be free to outlaw abortion. Human life should be protected from conception to natural death. If you give government the right to decide who is human the result will be millions of deaths, as in the Soviet Union, Red China, National Socialist Germany and in the US since 1973. | Almost all federal and state election laws which regulate campaign contributions, ballot access and other reporting requirements act against struggling alternate parties and independent candidates, by requiring expensive lawyers and auditors. All limitations are unconstitutional and should be repealed. If government at all levels were restricted to the federal and state constitutions there would be less incentive to buy Congressmen or other public officials. If ballot access laws were greatly eased, competition would lessen the corrupt of the old parties. The solution is to vote Libertarian whenever you have the opportunity, not to restrict freedom of speech or other rights. | |||

| Like any government power, capital punishment must be used very carefully to avoid the irreparable injury of executing an innocent person. However, some people have committed crimes which are so heinous that they no longer deserve to live and the case against them has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt. To protect the innocent, juries should be informed of their right in all cases, not only capital crimes, to vote not to convict if they believe that the victim should not be subject to a particular law for any reason. Prosecutors who conceal evidence should be punished fully. | |||

| We have an invasion problem, not an immigration. Obama should be impeached for greatly accelerating it. I favor President Eisenhower's successful 1954 program, Operation Wetback, which successfully returned 2,000,000 illegals to their homes without violating the Constitutionally guaranteed rights of Americans and lawful guests. We should use modern technology to protect our border. If necessary, we should build a wall and station enough soldiers to end the invasion, in case the terrorist gangs which the CIA created are able to penetrate our defenses. | |||

| All of the listed categories except defense and the defense portion of space exploration are unconstitutional. Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not authorize them and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments forbid them. I favor defense of the United States. If we quit being the policeman of the world, brought our troops home, sold our foreign bases and ended unconstitutional foreign aid, we could defend the American people here and the Bill of Rights, the Constitutional purpose of our military establishment. | I support the Liberty Amendment www.libertyamendment.org which will require the fedgov to end all unconstitutional activities, especially ownership of businesses and 1,000,000 square miles of land. With the savings, after three years the federal income, gift and death tax, the Sixteenth Amendment, a plank of the Communist Manifesto, can be repealed thus providing an average permanent 20% pay increase. Corporate taxes should be greatly reduced to keep businesses from fleeing abroad. Social Security taxes should be phased out.
